History
Keith began on the ground floor of a fledgling industry in 1982. A small bank in Fort Pierce Florida embarked on a new Property Management Division. After working for that management company for the 3 years, he branched out to be the General Manager of a large Condominium resort in Panama City Beach Florida. From there he and his growing family moved to Orlando. After working for other management companies for several years, he started KL Management Group. Keith and his wife, Frances, work together in a family business atmosphere of care and concern. Keith has experience with condos and homeowner’s associations that speaks to his involvement, always striveing to treat your property was he would his own.
